Overview
The landscape of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies have evolved rapidly over the last decade, but there are still unmet needs with regards to understanding the biomarkers of response and mechanisms of resistance to treatment. Understanding the heterogeneity of the tissue microenvironment may aid in patient stratification strategies as well as identifying candidates for novel therapeutic development.
This report will identify biological features that most highly correlate with clinical outcomes such as therapeutic response.
Key Questions Answered
Which biological features correlate with response to therapy?
What biological features correlate with refractory disease?
Outputs
- Quantification of cellular and spatial features, including cell type frequency, cell-cell interactions, and cell neighborhoods
- Evaluation of the most differential cellular and spatial features between therapeutic responders and non-responders, or other clinical traits
