Overview
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are immune cells that have migrated from the blood to the tumor site, as part of the body’s response to recognize and kill cancer cells. TILs and their natural abilities to eliminate cancer are being targeted for immunotherapy for solid tumors, as well as to determine patients’ qualification for immunotherapy treatments.
This insight report will characterize the activation state of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, which may be leveraged to inform the therapeutic strategies and outcomes.
Key Questions Answered
Are activated lymphocytes present in my samples?
Outputs
- Quantification of infiltrating lymphocyte frequency and activation status
- Quantification of cellular and spatial features, including cell type frequency, cell-cell interactions, and cell neighborhoods in the context of activated TILs
- Ranking of patient samples based on abundance of TILs
